CNC punch is a widely used machine tool, there are single punch and turret. Taking Amada pega35784 as an example, the machine tool is made in Japan. Processing range: 1830 × 1520 mm, the turret has 58 die stations, which are divided into upper and lower parts. The punch and female die of the die are respectively responsible for stamping. The CNC punch generally has x, y and Z axes. The x-axis is the 0 degree direction of the machine tool, the y-axis is the 90 degree direction of the machine tool, and the z-axis is installed on the turret to control the view point of the die.

According to the part drawing and process requirements, the machine operator determines the processing scheme and compiles the program sheet. With the development of CAD / CAM and CIMS technology, the operator can input the graphics into the computer to generate the program, copy them into the disk, and input them into the CNC system through the disk drive to perform the processing.

The accuracy of sheet metal cutting process is directly affected by the application of numerical control shearing machine. CNC plate shears are composed of CNC equipment, servo system, measuring equipment and machine tools. The servo system is composed of three servo motors and servo driving equipment. There are two servo motors in front of the machine. Usually, one main motor works independently, and the processing range is 2-500mm. If the bevel is processed, the auxiliary motor works. The numerical control system gives two different instructions to form the bevel. Most of the products are servo motor.
