In this process, the following aspects should be noted: when using sample drawings, the expansion method should be convenient to save the timeliness of materials and processing; press riveting, sprouting and punch points (package) the orientation of the equal position shall be marked in the section view for processing and more intuitive understanding; to check the parameters such as plate thickness, material and thickness tolerance, and to indicate the places prone to error, the key points shall be indicated; for the places with more dimensions and more complicated, the drawing shall be enlarged; for products requiring baking or protection, prompt shall be made. In a word, in the sheet metal processing process must be strictly in accordance with the processing process to complete.

Use a single process mold to punch some simple auto parts. The shape of complex parts is punched by multiple stamping processes, and the die structure or strength is limited. The internal and external contour of the die should be divided into several parts. For workpieces with high flatness requirements, the leveling operation can be added after blanking.

The complexity of structure shape determines the number of processes to be used for bending parts, which is determined by the number of bending angles, relative positions and bending direction. So why do you need to add a shaping procedure after bending sometimes? This is because the bending radius of the bend is less than the allowable value.

When we add the finishing process or directly adopt the precision blanking process after the blanking process, this is because the requirements of the section quality and dimension precision of the workpiece are relatively high.
