What are the characteristics and advantages of processing automobile sheet metal parts?
2019-11-11 10:15:18

In the industrial field, different production processes will have a great impact on the performance of products. So, for stainless steel stamping processing, what are its processing characteristics and advantages? Next, automobile stamping parts manufacturers will analyze and answer this question, hoping to help you.

First of all, for automobile parts processing, we need to choose different processing technologies according to different materials. If we want to process stainless steel stamping parts, we must reduce the loss of materials as much as possible to keep the original material properties. Only in the process of processing, the shape has been changed to make it meet our needs and meet the requirements of production standards.

In addition to the protection of raw materials, it is also suitable for mass production and processing, which is not only to improve the efficiency of processing, but also to ensure that the stainless steel stamping parts produced are relatively light in use, which is more convenient for those mechanical equipment or vehicles.

So, in the processing of stainless steel stamping parts, what are the advantages? This is also a problem that many people are concerned about. Because only when we fully understand the specific advantages, then when we make a choice, it will be more advantageous and convenient. However, this electricity can only be mastered after we have a certain understanding of it.

In terms of material, stainless steel is a very popular and recognized material in today's market. Compared with other materials, it has many unique advantages, not only the quality is lighter, but also the use time is long enough. Therefore, the stamping parts made of stainless steel will also show good performance characteristics to meet the needs of more users.

Attention shall be paid to the following matters in the production of automobile stamping parts:

1. Reasonable die design: in progressive die, the organization of blanking sequence may affect the forming accuracy of automotive stamping parts. In order to reduce the impact of punching force on the forming of automobile stamping parts, the blanking of small parts is usually organized first in large area and then in small area.

2. In the production of daily dies, pay attention to maintain the sharpness of the edge of punch and die. When the cutting edge is worn, the tensile stress of the data will increase, and then the tendency of turning over and distortion will increase.

3. Add strong pressing function: that is to thicken the pressing part of the discharge insert (normal thickness of the discharge insert H + 0.03mm), so as to increase the pressure on the data on the die side, and then press the stamping part to turn over and distort during punching.

4. Bevel or arc shall be made at the edge of punch: This is an effective method to reduce the punching force. Reducing the buffer cutting force can reduce the drawing force on the die side data, and then achieve the effect of controlling the stamping parts to turn over and distort.

5. Press the data: it overcomes the traditional mold design structure, and leaves a space for holding the data on the discharge plate (that is, when the mold is closed, the discharge plate fits the die, and the space between the discharge plate and the die at the containing data is t-0.03-0.05mm in data thickness). In this way, the discharge plate moves smoothly in stamping, and the data can be compressed. For the key forming parts, the discharge plate must be made into a inlaid structure, and the hardware stamping manufacturer will explain it to you, so as to facilitate the handling of the grinding (pressing) damage of the discharge plate caused by long-term stamping, and the data cannot be compressed.
