In the process of metal stamping, it involves deep drawing, trimming, punching, flanging, opening and other processes. Making some problems is very complicated. So what are the common problems of metal stamping parts?

1. Burr mainly occurs in the cutting die and blanking die, and burr will be generated in the gap between large or small cutting edges.

2. Adhesion and scratch on the surface of metal stamping parts or dies due to the friction between materials and punches or dies.

3. Convex and concave, foreign matters (iron filings, rubber, dust) mixed into the uncoiling line.

4. If the blanking size is too large or too small, there is a large difference between the punch size and the punch size.

5. When the workpiece is formed, the extrusion is in contact with the die and forms a line.

6. Twist, due to uneven stress, poor matching of drawbead or poor control of the slider of the press, the corner and strain of the R angle or embossed part of the part are caused by twists and turns.

7. The strong pressure of metal stamping parts on materials and plastic deformation of materials will lead to the increase of punching hole size, and when the strong pressure is reduced, the punching hole size will be smaller.
