2、 Bend. There are many factors to be considered in bending, such as the small bending radius of the bending part, the height of the straight edge of the bending part, the distance between the holes on the bending part, the process incision of the local bending, the bending edge with beveled edge should avoid the deformation area, the design requirements of the dead edge, the process positioning hole added in the design, and the relevant dimensions of the bending part, the processability and the rebound of the bending part should be considered.

3、 Stretch. During drawing, it is necessary to calculate various data, including the requirements for the fillet radius between the bottom of the drawing part and the straight wall, the fillet radius between the flange and the wall of the drawing part, the diameter of the inner cavity of the circular drawing part, the fillet radius between the adjacent arms of the rectangular drawing part, the relationship between the height and the diameter of the circular flangeless drawing part during one-time forming, the dimension standards and precautions on the drawing of the drawing part Xiang et al.

4、 Forming. After forming the sheet metal products, some processing should be done to the products. There are stiffener structure, limit size of punch distance and flange distance, manufacture of louver and inner control flanging.

5、 Welding. This is the last process of the automobile sheet metal parts processing process, but also pay attention to the welding method and process technology. Welding methods include arc welding, electroslag welding, gas welding, plasma arc welding, fusion welding, pressure welding and brazing. Arc welding and gas welding are the main methods of sheet metal processing.
