There are many sheet metal materials suitable for automotive stamping parts processing, which are widely used in the electronic and electrical industry, including:

1. Ordinary cold rolled sheet SPCC.

SPCC refers to the continuous rolling of steel ingot into steel plate coil or sheet of required thickness by cold rolling mill. SPCC surface does not have any protection, so it is easy to be oxidized when exposed to the air, especially in the humid environment, the oxidation speed is accelerated, dark red rust appears, and the surface should be painted, electroplated or other protection during use.

2. Galvanized steel plate SECC.

SECC's base material is general cold rolled steel coil. After degreasing, pickling, electroplating and various post-treatment processes in the continuous galvanizing production line, SECC becomes galvanizing product. SECC not only has the mechanical properties and approximate machinability of general cold rolled steel sheet, but also has superior corrosion resistance and decorative appearance. In the market of electronic products, home appliances and furniture, it is very competitive and replaceable. For example, SECC is widely used in computer case at present.

3. Hot dip galvanized steel plate SGCC.

The hot-dip galvanized steel coil refers to the semi-finished product after hot-rolled pickling or cold rolling, which is washed, annealed, immersed in a solution melting zinc bath with a temperature of about 460 ° C, and then coated with zinc layer, and then tempered, leveled and chemically treated. SGCC material is harder than SECC material, with poor ductility (avoid deep drawing design), thick zinc layer and poor weldability.

4. Stainless steel SUS301.

The content of Cr (CR) is lower than SUS304, and its corrosion resistance is poor. But after cold working, it can obtain good tensile force and hardness, and has good elasticity. It is mostly used for spring and anti EMI.

5. Stainless steel SUS304.

One of the widely used stainless steels, because of containing Ni (nickel), it has better corrosion resistance and heat resistance than the steel containing Cr (chromium). It has very good mechanical properties, no heat treatment hardening phenomenon and no elasticity.
