3. During continuous stamping, employees cannot take products by hand within 1m of the punch.

4. When the technician is on the mold for debugging, only one person can debug, not two people.

5. The technician can only transfer materials outside the machine and the distance is not less than 1m.

6. When erecting the die, it is necessary to lock the screws and stop the machine for 4 hours to check whether the screws are loose.

7. When the mold has problems in the production process and does not need to be unloaded, it is necessary to turn off the power supply of the injection molding machine and hang the maintenance sign on the power box before the mold can be repaired.

A large number of cold stamping processes have been used in the production of automotive stamping parts, which are suitable for the needs of many varieties and large-scale production of automotive stamping parts industry. In medium and heavy-duty vehicles, most of the covering parts, such as body outer panel, and some load-bearing and supporting parts, such as frame, carriage and other auto parts are automobile stamping parts. Automobile stamping parts indicate that the steel used for cold stamping is mainly steel plate and steel strip, accounting for 72.6% of the steel consumption of the whole vehicle.
